What is included with Venue Use Fee?
Included with the Venue Use Fee will be tables, chairs, staging (up to 32 x 16), projector(s) with screen(s), podium, house audio system, (2) suites/get ready spaces, Wi-Fi, foyer space(s), and parking all as available.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
Bayou City Event Center is a TABC licensed venue, therefore, all beverages must be purchased and served by Bayou City Event Center. However, our Pavilion is unlicensed. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol to Events on the Pavilion. Any sales of alcohol will require a permit.
Can I bring in my own catering?
Upon occasion, we realize it is important to use your own caterer. Bayou City Event Center does allow outside approved caterers for those special needs.
How much parking is available?
We have a large parking lot on site with about 550 spaces. There is also street parking and a nearby METRO lot for additional parking needs.
I am attending the Harris County Property Auctions. Where can I find more info and register?
The Harris County Property Auctions are held at Bayou City Event Center on the first Tuesday of every month. You can only register at the venue the day of the Event beginning at 8:00 AM. You can find more information about the Event here.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes! Bayou City Event Center is one story, with handicap parking spaces directly in front of the venue.

Do you offer valet?
Yes, we are happy to help with valet for events interested in having valet available for guests.
Is there a fee to have my event end after midnight?
No, there are no additional fees for events ending past 12:00 AM.
Can other events take place at the same time as mine?
Depending on the size and nature of events, we may have more than one event at at time. However, we will not have multiple events at the same time if it will impact the guest experience during each event.
Is Wi-Fi available for guests?
Yes, Wi-Fi use is complimentary!
Can I hold an event in the parking lot?
Yes, you are welcome to rent out the parking lot. Please call for additional information.
