Bayou City Event Center offers the best Houston location for large corporate events and elegant parties. Our Grand Ballroom can be used to seat up to 2,500 guests comfortably and may be subdivided easily for breakout groups. Additionally, we provide all of our clients with an in-house audio/visual package, chairs, rectangle and round tables for your event. Bayou City Event Center is the home of a very large audio visual package including two built-in, 18 X 14 foot projector screens with 6500 lumen projectors, wireless handheld, podium or lapel microphones, staging, podiums, in-house audio, front foyer screens for sponsor loops or slideshows.

We host a large front foyer area for registration and check-in, two large suites for entertainment or staff, an outdoor patio for guests to step outside, wall-to-wall wireless, acoustically sound walls, covered porte chochere for any inclement weather, coat check, valet options, ample complimentary self-parking, a very large outdoor covered pavilion and even have plenty of picture opportunities near a life-sized sleigh, rolling gifts and a massively decorated tree during the end of the year holidays.

Our catering professionals offer a full service menu to include meeting packages, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, beverages and also special guests’ riders. They work with a wide range of food styles, tastes and needs and can also cater off premise at your next office event. Have a special caterer that you would like to use? Bayou City Event Center does allow outside approved catering on some occasions as well.
